By all means EAT.

Food, food and nothing but food. I just can't imagine life without it. I may not look like the type of person who eats like a monster, but believe it or not I LOVE FOOD. Who wouldn't? Filipinos are known for their love for food. No matter where you go, you will always find something that will satisfy your taste buds. We may have different tastes and cravings but at the end of the day, a filled tummy will always be a happy tummy. If you know me very well, you would know how to cheer me up after a stressful and tiring day. Food. As simple as that. It will really make me oh-so-happy again!

Nowadays, food businesses are a hit. Most people opt to be with their family and friends to discovery new places to add up to their gastronomic experiences. Just imagine those mouth-watering, tempting and yummy foods you see on billboards, print ads, tv and of course the ever famous Instagram. Can you resist the temptation? I guess not. Give in to your cravings once in a while. You won't lose anything. A bit expensive, yes. But it's worth the experience especially if the price is right. Plus, you get to familiarize yourself with the different cuisines.

I'm not a food blogger but I would try my best to give justice to this entry. I'll be giving reviews on some of the restos I've been to and their specialty dishes. Bon Appetit!

1. Gotti's Ristorante
From the name itself, it's an Italian Restaurant. One of their best sellers is the Siciliana pasta. Meat sauce mixed with grilled eggplant. It was really delicious! Plus the Godfather Pizza topped with pepperoni, smoked ham, bacon, Italian sausage, onions, roasted bell peppers, black olives and mushrooms. They are located at SM Megamall and SM Bicutan.

2. Cafe Mediterranean
If you want a taste of Mediterranean cuisine, Cafe Mediterranean is the place to be. From hummus, soups, pasta, paninis, kebabs and other light and healthy dishes. You may check their website to find out more about their specialty dishes: http://www.thecafemediterranean.com/
Grilled Chicken with whole wheat pita and ProsciuttoE Pomodoro Secchi

3. Crave Burger
Crave-ing for burgers? Then satisfy your crave-ings at Crave Burger. Their patties are made of 100% pure lean beef and with no extenders. So you are guaranteed a healthy and fresh burger all the time. They also have skinny, wedge and twister fries. Also, their hot chicken wings (huge and boneless) is also a must-try! They have branches at White Plains Katipunan, SM North Edsa, The Fort, Greenhills Ashcreek Center, BF Resort Las Pinas, and Robinsons Magnolia.

4. Sumo Sam
A Japanese-American restaurant that will surely satisfy your craving for Japanese cuisine - sushi, sashimi, tempura, udons and other mouth-watering delights. The beautiful interiors, warm ambience and friendly staff will make your dining experience a memorable one.

5. Sambokojin
Grill all you can. Eat all you can. All you foodies out there who are so into buffet meals, Sambokojin will feed your hungry bellies. They have a variety of delectable food choices. The grilling experience makes eating more fun and enjoyable at th same time. Visit their website at: http://sambokojin.com/

6. Yakimix
Have a taste of Asian cuisine and smokeless grill. Need I say more? The best branch for me is the one located at the Mall of Asia. Enjoy the beauty of the fireworks display while you treat yourself to a sumptuous meal.

7. Casa Verde
Your vacation in Cebu City wouldn't be complete without the Casa Verde experience. It is located at IT Park, Cebu City. Their interiors look the same as TGIFridays. It may seem like you're still in Manila but once you have a taste of their casa verde favorites, you will definitely ask for more. http://casaverdecebu.com/index.html

Ooohhhh sooooo yummy!
8. Gayuma ni Maria
A quick trip down memory lane. I already had an entry about their unique dishes before. It was the time when I had dinner with good old friends. You may read it here: http://ivysvillanueva.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html Try it and you'll love it. ;)

Now, do I still need to prove how much I love food? ;)
Happy eating!
